You want someone who knows his business and knows how to manage his crews, understand exactly what the customer wants, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Gerry is a great guy and has many years of experience in both commercial and residential roofing. One thing that sets Gerry apart from other roofers is he is at the job site from start to finish making sure the crews do everything correctly and don’t take any shortcuts. Wonderful experience. Contractor has local ordinance knowledge and an insurance background and keeps everyone in the loop. Crew was here from 6 am to 9 pm and were all very polite and friendly. When a leak was discovered around a skylight, he discussed proper fix, went after the required materials and the job went on. Part of their service is to also paint the valleys and protruding pipes/vents to match the roof for a very professional look. Village cleaned up that evening what they could and were back the next morning to finish up with blower. When one of the crew spotted some debris that went across the fence into our neighbors alley, they immediately gathered that up and blew their sidewalk clean too! If you are looking to replace your roof, Village is the place to call!

I hired Gerry with Village Contracting for my hail damage and he is an absolute pro! He is very thorough and conscientious. He knows both roofing and insurance and negotiates with the adjuster to get everything the client deserves. The crews he used were top notch and did a great job. We have used Village Roofing twice now to replace our roof. Recently we experienced a heavy hail storm with baseball + size hail. I called Gerry within 15 minutes after the storm. Two weeks later I had a new roof. Gerry is professional, courteous, knowledgable, and supervises all his jobs personally. He bends over backwards to ensure all our needs are met and we are completely satisfied. We love using him, and if and when we have another storm, we'll be calling him right away. I have recommended Village to both family and friends who have also used him. Gerry is also extremely knowledgable in dealing with the insurance end of the business.

From start to finish Gerry takes care of everything. He made sure the insurance company was always in the loop. His crew arrived about 9am and were through around 5pm. We have now used Gerry and Village Roofing to replace our roof twice, and recommend him to family and friends. The first time our situation required some special handling, and Gerry bent over backwards to meet our needs. The second time was just last month. We had a massive hail storm on April 28th. I called Gerry within 15 minutes after the storm was over. In less than two weeks we had a new roof. Gerry is very knowledgable when it comes to what the insurance company needed. When our insurance company called to confirm their approval, the person told me he rarely received such a thorough documentation as he received in our case.
